Flor's first major success came with ECC Consulting Corporation Canada, the company she founded over eight years ago. Through ECC Consulting she has empowered countless professionals to upgrade their education and opened doors for international students seeking new opportunities. Under her leadership the company achieved an impressive visa-approval success rate and became known for its deep commitment to community support.
Her educational achievements have been central to her success. Flor holds a Canadian Business Administration Diploma (2015), an MBA in International Business Law (2021), and has completed a Business Analytics course in Canada — credentials that equipped her to lead innovative companies and create impactful solutions across the education and business sectors.
Today Flor is expanding her vision globally as CEO of ECC Europe Corporation Ltd., based in Portugal. The venture provides a comprehensive suite of services — from education consulting and career placement to immigration and tourism assistance — helping individuals and professionals begin their own journeys to success. Flor sees Portugal as a land of opportunity and is passionate about helping job seekers and professionals start anew.
